I’m baking some meringues that’s going to become ghosts and some halloween cookies that i’m going to put some icing decorations on them later. Because me and babe are going to have a spooky halloween party this weekend and I want to make sure our guests walk away with diabetes.
Even if I’m not vegan anymore I still prefer Almond milk, because cow titties hell no.
(I stole the first picture from my sistaahs facebook, hehe)
I made cupcats for my sister and her minime because I’m a grown up now and everyone who visit me shall be given homemade sweets and coffee.
My niece fell completely inlove with my boyfriends cat (notice how they are gazing at eachother).
Mom bought me this skirt that I’ve been looking for in ages. You could buy it on H&M a couple of years ago. Everything gets better with cats. It’s to big, but I’ll either sew it in or buy a belt 😀
I forgot to make a post on Swedens national holiday which is the 6th June. So here’s a recipe to celebrate, just one of the two famous swedish balls. Here in Sweden, we LOVE balls 😉
The size of the balls are up to you, I like to make them about 1,5 inches in diameter. But you might as well just make one huge ball because they are so delicious.
- 100 g butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tbs vanillia sugar
- 3 tbs cacao
- 3 dl oats
- 3 tbs of cold coffee
- pearl sugar or coconut flakes to roll them in (traditionally, but you can use anything “crushed” like nuts or sprinkles to)
1. Mix all the ingredients except for the pearl sugar/coconut flakes.
2. Shape the mixture into balls and roll them into the sugar/coconut flakes
3. Let them sit in the refridgerator for about an hour (this is optional, but they taste so much better when they are cold)
We had some suiting napkins at home. It could only get more Swedish by mixing some moose, IKEA furniture, Dalecarlian horses, Kalles Caviar, sanwich cake and viking helmets in. Not as tasty though!
So uhm. I’ve always wanted to blog in english so that not only swedes can read about my super interesting life, ok it’s not so interesting really. I basically just eat, sleep and shit (and do arts, crafting, cooking vegetarian/vegan foods, gaming and second hand shopping…). Im not going to write some introduction about myself because im just way to lazy.
ANYWAY! Im going to inaugurate my new blog with my simplest, vegan and most delicious hummus recipe.
Here’s what you need:
❤(240 grams soaked)1 can of chickpeas (If you’re a lazy f*ck like me)
❤Some tablespoons of vegan Yoghurt to smooth the mixture out (I use oat yoghurt)
❤ One garlic clove or some garlic powder
❤ Optional: Some salt or herb salt
STEP 1: Mix everything togheter (rinse the chickpeas if using canned ones)
STEP 2: Behold this mixture of pale pooplooking hummus.
STEP 3: Put it in a nice jar, I only have boring ones. Oh well.
You can eat this on a sandwich, use it as dipp or just use it as a protein source in a meal (my favoriteway to use it)
